This was a great trip and these pages contain 228 photos along with maps of each day's route. Both Mark and I had been to Colorado several times and had ridden most of these roads before. However, we never get tired of riding in Colorado. It's a little different than riding around home. Everything went well on the trip and we had no problems with the bikes.

We did alot of advance planning for this trip as we normally do. We used Microsoft Streets and Trips to do our route planning and those maps are shown here at the beginning of each day's page. We duplicated the routes in Garmin's MapSource software so we could transfer them to our GPS units. Each morning we would have the GPS units calculate and navigate that day's route so we never made a mistake on which road to take. Once again, we didn't even take a paper map with us.
