Ready to go back through the park.

The east entrance station. Your entry fee is good for a week, so don't lose it.

Looking back toward Estes Park. That's the road below that we came in on.

There's a little snow below us.
The tall slender poles are to stick up in the snow so they can find the buliding. They told us that snow completely covers the building during the winter. The road is closed during the winter of course, but the rangers snowmobile up there a couple of times just to check on things.

This was a nice place in Walden. We had a good lunch here at the River Rock Cafe (River Rock). Highly recommend.

One more look down river.

Back in Estes Park at the Comfort Inn. This was the best place we stayed on the whole trip. King size bed, ceiling fan and high speed internet. This was the last photo of the day, time for dinner.
