Now our bike at Monarch.

This is the store at Monarch Pass.
Across the road from Monarch Pass stop. The haze is actually smoke from the California fires.
There's a little snow on the mountains above Monarch.
Stopped for a break along the way to Fairplay.
Jamie trying to take off her rainsuit. It's getting warmer.

Looks like they're messing with what to wear again.

Frisco had lots of flowers.

This is where we stayed in Estes Park. It was probably nice in its day, but a little old now. I picked it because it was the only place with a vacancy within walking distance of downtown. I may know why now.
Looking toward Rocky Mountain National Park from our motel. The smoke is really thick here.
This is toward downtown from our motel. It's just around the corner.
Our bikes at the motel. You can see it's not very crowded.
There was a pretty stream flowing right behind the motel.
This is a small park in the downtown area.
Another shot in the park in downtown.
Downtown Estes Park.
It seems that flowers do very well in the cool high altitude. All our flowers in Texas are a nice burnt brown color.
We had dinner at a Mexican restaurant. They try real hard, but they can't do it like it's done in Texas. Four people need more than one bowl of hot sauce or salsa as some people call it.
It was dark when we walked back to our rooms. This picture didn't turn out too well.
