This is the route for the day. We originally planned to stop in Fort Sumner but decided to cut it short and stop at Taos because we knew we would spend a lot of time between Ouray and Durango because of the awesome scenery.

This is a waterfall just south of Ouray a few miles. The stream goes under the road and then falls 500 feet or so.

Looking the opposite direction from the waterfall.

Looking south in the direction we're headed. This is an awesome road through these mountains.

We came through this tunnel just before the waterfall.
